Great Monterey location. Small Inn with attentive staff. View of the Bay from some rooms. Would definitely recommend Wave Street Inn.

John at the front desk made our day with his kindness and efficiency. We arrived to the hotel early after a sleepless night before at another hotel. John managed to check us in straight away and even gave us a better room than we had booked. The hotel is clean, spacious, and comfortable, we loved our stay here and couldn’t fault it. I loved it here! It was a walk to the Monterey aquarium. The location is so convenient. It's also across the street from a rite aid. The staff here was so welcoming and sweet. The room was spacious and clean. The parking was perfect as well it's so nice to be able to leave your car and just walk everywhere you need to go. I would stay here again.

The area outside the rooms was really unique with the giant stones for seating and fire pits

This is a hidden gem just one block from cannery row in Monterey. Very comfortable rooms, friendly, helpful staff and easy walking distance to the shops in Cannery Row and even the Aquarium.
