Word Of Mouth Matters

First, check in was seamless with Carol who showed great hospitality since we were checking in very late. She made the transition of a long drive to getting into our room easy. The room was great and the room service was spectacular. The location is perfect and a short walk to most of the touristy areas with a cvs that’s a 5 minute walk away. Overall it was a great stay, would stay again and would highly recommend this hotel. Once again, Carol was awesome!!!

I've stayed at the wave street in many time over the years. Always a great experience. Great service, clean rooms and a comfortable bed. Great location, walking distance to cannery row and the aquarium.

No need to overpay to be a street over. This place had great big rooms with a view of the ocean and a fantastic 24/7 staff.

John was the most welcoming front desk host I've ever met! Location was perfect, just across the street from a wonderful café and within a 5 minute walk of the aquarium.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Wave Street Inn! It’s a charming boutique hotel that perfectly captures the coastal charm of Monterey. The location is unbeatable, just steps from Cannery Row, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, and beautiful ocean views. It made exploring the area incredibly easy and enjoyable. The hotel itself is cute, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, with a modern coastal vibe that feels both stylish and comfortable. What really stood out was the warm hospitality from the staff. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and eager to help, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.

No complaints. I usually prefer to stay on the beach but the price between this place and those on cannery was a huge difference. Stayed on 4th floor, nice room and great walking location to everything.

We stayed at Wave Street Inn at the end of April, from the moment we checked in until leaving the reception staff were hugely helpful and friendly. Luckily we had a top floor room facing the ocean which was lovely, and you couldn't ask for a better location. Parking lot was small but there was always a space! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Monterey.

My teenage daughter and I stayed over the Easter weekend. We very much enjoyed our stay here. The Inn is very conveniently located, everything was in walking distance. The beach, shopping and food. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Love that being so close to the ocean the windows opened and we could get the sea breeze and hear the seagulls. Room was clean, hotel was clean. Yes, you do hear people walking in the upper level rooms but it wasn't bothersome. The parking is small but very convenient. I will be back! Will recommend to my friends.
