The wi-fi is easiest to log onto, everything about the room was pleasant & they have an elevator that makes it easy to get around especially with our luggage and stroller. The parking was covered and easy to access not cramped or narrow. Walking distance to Cannery Row and the Aquarium, and to anywhere you want to be in that area. I would stay here again the next time I'm in town, thank you Otter Inn we'll see you soon...

Angels do exists!!!! Our other Hotel was a nightmare. This was My daughters 7th birthday, and because of the GREAT rooms, hospitality, and KIND employees, she had the best time. THANK YOU!
