The power was out due to major storms in the area.

The power was out due to major storms in the area. John from the front desk carried our bag to the 3rd floor room, gave us a flashlight, waived the parking fee, and even offered to refund the charge for the room if we decided not to stay. He was very friendly and helpful.

Great location near downtown Monterey

Great location near downtown Monterey and also near a CVS and D'agastino's grocery store. They also gave a nice welcome bag of snacks.

Rave about the Wave Street Inn

Wave Street Inn is a hidden gem! The location is excellent, the beds and linens are super comfy, and we loved that the walking trail and Aquarium were just steps from our front door. We rented bikes, the front desk helped us arrange it. You'l be happy staying at this cute spot!
