Word Of Mouth Matters

Took the kids to the aquarium for the first time and staying here for the trip was great. Really nice staff, clean rooms and walking distance to everything. I liked the patio had fire pits at night and in the mornings you see the ocean water. Really nice

The family suite is perfect for a group of up to 6. The hotel is in a perfect location with a breakfast restaurant nearby and the aquarium at walking distance. The front desk made checking easy and simple and the stay was very cozy and relaxing. I recommend sitting by the fire at night in their outdoor patio area. Would book again! 10/10

We had stayed here 20 years ago as the Otter inn; it has been fully updated, and the rooms are quite nice. The location is perfect. The courtyard with fire pits was a wonderful bonus. Saved several hundred dollars compared to where we had stayed before right on cannery row.

I am adding 5 more ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to make 10 ⭐! My family was in town for a death in the family and from the moment we walked in the staff was sympathetic, compassionate, and at our service. Amazing place to go to grieve and relax after viewing. Just a walk to the beach and there was luxury feel with pillows to cuddle with on the beds. I can not express my gratitude enough. The staff checked in with me and made sure we had snacks and anything they offered. Christine and John were especially professional and friendly. They neighborhood is safe and I am blessed to have stayed with my family from out of town during this difficult time. Clean, airy, and calm. Thanks again! May God bless you and your family

Wonderful experience and very friendly staff! Our room was on the 3rd floor and had an ocean view! Room was nice and clean! It is a great place to stay. We even took the time to relax around the fire pits. What a truly charming place!
