Stayed here 8/6-8/7/2018. Reception desk friendly and offers reliable local information. Small hotel but newly remodeled with clean, updated rooms and facilities. Covered parking available $15/day. Easy walking distance to everything in Monterey. I would definitely stay here again.

The Wave Street was just what we were looking for! The location was perfect with a view of the ocean. The room was recently remodeled and so clean. Bed and linens were so comfortable and bathroom was beautiful. A minute walk from Cannery Row and Trolley stop is right there. Incredible staff and so helpful! We couldn’t have been happier!

We got a room here and didn't want to leave.. Close walk to good food, a fun little beach spot and trail. We will back and will be telling our friends.

The hotel was very close to the Aquarium. Our room looked exactly as advertised in the photos, and everything was clean. The snack goodie bag was a nice gesture from the hosts, and the staff was very courteous.

The rooms are very nice and spacious, just as depicted in photos. Concierge was nice and friendly. Ideal location, a block away from a 24/7 CVS and a few minutes of walking away from the Monterey Bay Aquarium. My only complaints are poor sound isolation and that the concierge was closed at night.

This hotel is perfectly located with excellent views. The rooms are perfectly decorated,clean and amazingly comfortable beds (and bedding)!!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Safe parking and close to all of the shops!

Great location, we walked everywhere. The room was very nice with new everything. We got a room on the top floor, so we had a partial view of the Bay from the window and door. The shower was positioned high enough so my 6'4 husband could actually stand under the running water, which is a plus.
