Great hotel in fantastic spot in Monterey just steps from Cannery Row! Nice rooms, reasonably priced and super nice staff. I’m glad to see now that it’s changed from the Otter Inn (which we used to enjoy) it’s still a very nice place to stay, and the upgrades are a big improvement.

Absolutely loved the location of the property! Reasonably priced for the area and lots of good dining options nearby. The facilities were clean and the room was spacious with a nice bathroom.

Staff were super friendly.

As described when I booked, the property was walking distance to everything we were going to around Cannery Row. The staff was super helpful on check-in with suggestions for things to do. The room was very clean.

The perfect getaway retreat! Easy, friendly check in. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Wonderful stay! Awesome location! Very CLEAN and comfortable. You can hear people walking at times above you but it did not bother us. We turned AC on and never heard anything else. Parking was easy and goes until the next day after check out if needed. There are fire pits in the courtyard that are lit nightly for s’mores and they gave us a snack bag at check in. We also found every staff member we encountered to be friendly and so helpful. (Thank you, John, Carol, and Jennifer!)
