Word Of Mouth Matters

The hotel was very close to the Aquarium. Our room looked exactly as advertised in the photos, and everything was clean. The snack goodie bag was a nice gesture from the hosts, and the staff was very courteous.

The rooms are very nice and spacious, just as depicted in photos. Concierge was nice and friendly. Ideal location, a block away from a 24/7 CVS and a few minutes of walking away from the Monterey Bay Aquarium. My only complaints are poor sound isolation and that the concierge was closed at night.

Great location, we walked everywhere. The room was very nice with new everything. We got a room on the top floor, so we had a partial view of the Bay from the window and door. The shower was positioned high enough so my 6'4 husband could actually stand under the running water, which is a plus.

I was only there for one night, with a late check in and early check out, but it was perfectly pleasant.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a Friday+weekend and had an excellent experience. Our room was comfortable and the front desk was very helpful. After an attentive greetings, they were also able to give us two excellent restaurant recommendations, and conveniently arranged our aquarium tickets. In addition to the excellent services of the inn, I enjoyed staying here for the inn's great location. We were easy walking distance from two small beaches, cannary row, the aquarium, and the spa we had made arrangements at. Will likely stay here again if we return to Monterey 👍
