Modern, comfortable, clean and spacious room. Just steps to cannery row, eateries and bike rentals, without being in the thick of it. Perhaps my only complaint was that the pillows were too thick for my liking, but with a bit of squishing and manipulation, the issue was satisfactorily resolved. Otherwise, absolutely nothing to complain about. As I have chronic pain issues I asked for a quiet room and they gave me one. Admittedly I came in the middle of the week during the summer of COVID and the whole town was much quieter. Having said that, the hotel wasn't lacking guests so all in all the room was quiet and pleasant. Service was professional and friendly. I will certainly return to this hotel if I come to Monterey.

Excellent hotel. Booked last minute for a little getaway. Street-side room had a nice window overlooking the ocean. Very clean, well maintained. Staff was friendly, courteous. Super conveniently located two blocks from Cannery Row. Comfortable bed, good shower temp and pressure. It's a wonderful place to stay if you find the fancy local hotels too expensive. It's relatively quiet but this is Monterey so expect seagulls and some traffic. I will be back!

Awesome hotel! Great room with an ocean view for no extra charge. Comfy bed, huge waterfall shower, and great fire pits to sit by at night! We will definitely be back!

Amazing all around! We got here and the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful! Our room is amazing and we can’t wait to sit by the beautiful fire pit!
