Stayed here on vacation and was pleasantly surprised with it. Not far from Bubba Gump and the aquarium. The hotel is a nice short walk, (up a slight upgrade hill) from cannery row, if you are young* (*young of heart) or a even a little in shape (I was a little out of breath but my boyfriend wasn’t.) Very close to all the restaurants and shops but don’t have to hear all the busyness from the main street. The room is clean and beautiful. We really enjoyed the ocean view as we got a cannery row room. The woman at the front desk was very sweet and had a super relaxing vibe (enjoyed her presence very much ((she needs a raise as she definitely sold me on the room speaking of her own experience with her husband<3)) Overall definitely recommend for people who are here to relax and have a nice time in Monterey. We had a great stay at Wave Street Inn! From start to finish Christine, Carol and Jon were fantastic. The location is perfect right in the middle of Cannery Row and 10 minute walk to the wharf. Our room had an incredible view of the ocean and everything was clean and comfortable. If you’re a light sleeper, it gets a bit noisy in the morning, but overall very tolerable

Wonderful hotel just one block from Cannery Row! We were able to easily walk to the aquarium, fisherman's wharf, and check out nearby restaurants. Carol at the front desk was so sweet and gave great recommendations too! Will definitely be coming back!

Wave Street Inn Is so far the best hotel for our road trip for us. It’s super close to Canny Row, the kids and I enjoyed our stay here at Wave Street Inn. The room Is clean and staffs super nice and sweet. Thank you!
