Our family had a great experience sitting around the fits at night talking and waking up to the seagulls squawking. We loved opening the window and smelling the sea air and listening to those birds! The room was comfortable and walking distance to everything. A great time had! Thank you!

We had stayed here 20 years ago as the Otter inn; it has been fully updated, and the rooms are quite nice. The location is perfect. The courtyard with fire pits was a wonderful bonus. Saved several hundred dollars compared to where we had stayed before right on cannery row.

The family suite is perfect for a group of up to 6. The hotel is in a perfect location with a breakfast restaurant nearby and the aquarium at walking distance. The front desk made checking easy and simple and the stay was very cozy and relaxing. I recommend sitting by the fire at night in their outdoor patio area. Would book again! 10/10

Took the kids to the aquarium for the first time and staying here for the trip was great. Really nice staff, clean rooms and walking distance to everything. I liked the patio had fire pits at night and in the mornings you see the ocean water. Really nice

We stayed 1 night on 11/23/21. The room was perfect for the 3 of us. It is centrally located to everything there is to see and do in Monterey. They also had 2 firepits going at night which was really relaxing. I will definitely stay here again.
